When we celebrated Karsten's Birthday in his class the teacher asked the kids why they were glad God made Karsten. They all had nice things to say.... but most of them said he always makes them laugh, smile, and he is a good friend!

Nerf Gun War!!!

For Karsten's 5th Birthday we had a Nerf Gun War at the gym. All the kids brought their Nerf Guns and got to run, jump, and swing while shooting each other. I think the dads had just as much fun as the kids! Karsten is moving on.....

Karsten has been having a rough year at preschool. Last Friday there was an incident that made us question weather or not to keep him at his nursery school. Tim and I took this last week to process through everything and prayed about what would be best for Karsten. Yesterday we decided it was time to move him. He will be starting at Redlands Christian (where Addisyn & Luke go) on Monday morning. We thought he would be sad to leave his school but doesn't seem to care one bit. He was just really excited to get a new backpack. Even though you would have thought this was an easy decision to make (especially since his new teacher is one of our good friends) it wasn't. We think this will be the best for Karsten and pray that he chooses good friends. Thanks to everyone who has prayed through this decision with us!

No matter what Karsten is doing he is always having a good time..... we went to the park last week and Karsten was having a hard time listening so I made him sit out for the first 5 minutes to "take a break."

At first it looked like he was praying....maybe asking for forgiveness....and one second later he was making funny boy noises and faces.....
